Wave Professional Style Assessments are globally recognised as one of the most accurate, data-driven tools for assessing workplace behavior, leadership effectiveness, and job performance. Underpinned by 15 years of big data and global research, Wave Assessments have been shown to have some of the highest predictive validity in the field of occupational psychology, and have been used by major global organisations such as Ricoh and BNP Paribas.

However, Wave Assessments are particularly useful for aligning psychometric insights gained from an assessment, to essential workplace skills or competencies that help predict job success.

The Saville Wave Professional Styles Expert Report contains three unique deep dives, illustrating what a person enjoys doing, what they are good at doing and which areas of work they will prioritise. The assessment has 36 professional style dimensions, 108 highly predictive facets of behaviour and a skills potential profile designed to predict an individual’s likely strengths and limitations across 12 key measures of skills potential.

Central to the Wave Professional Styles Report are two key constructs, “Motives” and “Talents”, that reflect how a person typically behaves at work (Talents) and what energises and drives that person at work (Motives). The interaction between Motives and Talents helps organisations understand when these are aligned for an individual (leading to high performance and engagement), or when they are misaligned (leading to a potential disconnect or burnout).

We are proud to be certified to administer and interpret theWave Professional Styles Report for our clients.
