Respiro is led by Karam, who has over 20 years experience in talent management, leadership development, career development and psychometric assessment. She is deeply passionate about supporting organisations to develop their talent at all levels and enabling them to progress their talent, leadership and career development agenda.
Karam has enjoyed working in senior talent and leadership development positions across a wide range of industries including FMCG, Financial Services and Telecommunications. She has successfully helped organisations develop their talent, career and development practices, as well as having led and delivered multiple leadership, management and high-potential programmes at all levels. She has also advised organisations on how to create, implement and sustain best-practice mentoring programmes. She is a self-starter, who enjoys developing leading-edge interventions in a pragmatic and commercial way.
She is also an advanced psychometric practitioner, and has been accredited to train others in the Hogan Personality Assessments (via Mentis Consulting) and the NEO (trained by Wendy Lord at Hogrefe). She has run Hogan Certification Training Workshops on behalf of Mentis Consulting, including open courses, with corporate clients, and at Ashridge Business School and the University of London.
She has also conducted numerous C-Suite, executive and senior leadership assessments for her own corporate clients as well as an associate consultant and facilitated broad-based 360 and Hogan feedback at the most senior levels within organisations. Karam is an Executive Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation and trained by the Academy of Executive Coaching.
